How to Create, Build & Sell Business Opportunities Online
Personally i’ve sold over 300 business opportunities across a range of markets… including online. The process to create a business opportunity is much the same across industries from my experience, with minor tweeks to make based on industry.
Let me give you an example of the power of creating and selling a ‘business licencing model’, and the excellent leverage you can create yourself without going down the path of a franchise, but rather licencing.
First of all, lets look at the basic difference between a franchise and a licence:
A franchise requires you to follow a process and system specifically, with set pricing, royalties to pay, uniforms to wear etc etc.
Buying a licence normally means you buy a system that has worked for someone else, and do ‘whatever’ you want with it… meaning that you don’t have set marketing materials to use, uniforms, set prices etc. The obligations involved with buying a licence are very loose and not very binding, which many people prefer.
Example of how to create, build and sell a business opportunity of your own:
Lets use the example of online busineses… you can adapt the theory to your own type of business.
Step 1) Come up with something that works. For example, I know how to get websites onto page one of google fast, and make money from those websites… I do it over and over again using my own system and can prove it. I just highlighted the word ‘prove’ for a reason, because that’s how I will sell online business opportunities. So now I have CREATED the business.
Step 2) Now I need to BUILD the website business up to a point where I can sell it. To build the website I sell online advertising to create a revenue stream which then creates proof of income.
Step 3) Now I can SELL a business opportunity to people that will teach them how to start their own online business to sell. If I could show you one-on-one how to get websites creating an income (and prove it to you), and you could use the system over and over again, would you pay $2,000 to learn how? Most people would because it’s home based and simple.
If I teach just one person per week, that would be $100,000 p/yr from home. Not rocket science. I could probably charge double this amount and have people lining up to learn how.
THEN… I could sell the my students master rights to sell my system to others for $20,000… only need to sell 5 of those per year to make another $100,000!
You can follow this system for just about any business… if you prove that it works, people will buy it!
